Have been to this hotel many times refrigerator in room was broke and the vending machine on 3rd floor was broke breakfast had the bare minimum choices for a continental breakfast.

Television and phone were not working in the room, when the cable TV came back on the volume on the TV was at over 70 (20 was more than loud enough). The remote would only allow lowering the volume by 1 with each press of the button. We probably woke up people in the next room!!! The remote does not have a channel menu so really hard to navigate available channels. “Breakfast” was bread, bread, muffins , and waffles - no eggs, breakfast meat, yogurt, fruit, etc. disappointing. The staff were really friendly though.
