One of the best stays ever. Every single staff member was outstanding- friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was really nice - large with a great full-size kitchen. We cooked all of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. A handy Target grocery store across the street, Trader Joe’s a few blocks away. The coffee and candy bar were a really nice touch!

The Roost was perfectly located and very walkable. Sean at the front desk was super helpful and accommodating. We needed a little extra help and he went above and beyond for us 😊. Our room was well appointed and had everything we needed. The in unit laundry was a wonderful feature. We will definitely stay at The Roost again.

I stayed in a two-bedroom apartment with a good size, but it only had one bathroom. The utensils were of good quality and more than sufficient for use. Unfortunately, the lobby's air conditioning was broken and only got fixed on the day we checked out. The reception staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return on our next visit.

Location and Large Space!
Roost is a great value. Each room is really a small apartment with all the amenities of rental, including washer and dryer. The location is amazing, it is within walking distance to many restaurants and Rittenhouse park. It is also not far from the museums. The staff were lovely and aiming to please. Finally it is certainly a pet friendly hotel for sure!
