Great stay at the Residence Inn. Room on 17th floor was quiet and had a spectacular view of downtown Philadelphia. Super comfy bed. Front desk staff very friendly and accommodating. Gave us water upon checkin, again when we returned from show, checked our bags next morning while we went to the Mummer's Parade. Breakfast was excellent and dining staff were also friendly and accommodating.

Staff is excellent. Old building but you wouldn't know if because it is nicely done. Mattress in the pillow bed was absolutely TERRIBLE. no paying just springs. Didn't get a chance to t tell staff because we were in a rush to get to parade but will be contacting them. Also previous occupants of our room left a box of dumplings in the freezer I guess was missed by cleaning? Staff is wonderful though!

The concierge who greeted us and those who worked the front desk, were the least friendliest people on site. The women who worked the breakfasts were kind, engaging and very personable. Even on Christmas! The gentleman who watched our bags was also very engaging and kind. Good people makes for a great hotel stay. All in all recommend.

They had our room ready when we arrived at 12:30 and let us check in early and even gave us an upgrade. They also let us leave our luggage in the room when we were checking out for an extra hour. The breakfast was very good that was included. Would definitely recommend!

Very convenient to the Christmas Village and Macys during the holidays. The room was very clean with a kitchen and appliances. The staff was accommodating and friendly. The breakfast was very good. I would stay here again.

The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We were able to get into our room very early since we arrived to the airport at 9am. We were also given a late check out while we wait for our departure flight. I highly recommend this hotel.
