Such a treat. The hotel is historic and at check in the lady told me the history of the house and gave me a tour. There is a fantastic restaurant attached. Loved this place

I had such a great stay! The hotel has a laid-back atmosphere and is absolutely beautiful, full of character and stories waiting to be discovered. Its location is perfect—close to everything you could need or want to explore. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, with a welcoming ambiance. The staff truly stood out; they were not only helpful but also so pleasant to chat with. I can’t wait to visit again! Also if you get a chance book dinner at Talula's Garden, the roasted chicken is lite.

The Morris House is our favorite place to stay! The property is located on a quiet, tree-lined street in old town Philly. Each room is unique unto itself. This year our room was upstairs in the main house. It was spacious, clean, quiet and decorative. We enjoyed a ‘help yourself’ breakfast in their library - fresh fruit and muffins, hard-boiled eggs and cereal, a nice selection of teas and coffee. We look forward to our next visit there!

An historic hotel in a perfect location for exploring and enjoying the old city. I seldom take time to write a review but I truly enjoyed my time at Morris House! The management and staff were all helpful and friendly; all remembering my name during the stay. Jerry at the front desk knows so much about the city its history and very welcoming. The hotel was clean. I very much look forward to staying agian.
