The receptionist who greeted us was very friendly and welcoming. Very nice person. Was working the evening of 1/30/25 . The people in room 311 had a dog that would bark. The people there woke us up at midnight talking loud and banging thing around. We had to get up at 3:00 so we got no sleep.

the issues was one, the stink bug on the headboard of the bed, that they don’t change bedsheets the next day, and their was a small coach roach on the side of the toilet. the free breakfast and free parking and the hotel being next to a royal farms were probably the only good things about the hotel. as for the staff only the lady serving the breakfast food seem to have good customer service.

This property was just okay. Was not impressed. Customer service was okay, gave attitude which I did not like. Got to the room and there was no shower gel, called the front desk to have it replaced and again I was given attitude. The toilet seems to move every time you sat down. I would not stay there again

Dog friendly, cute small indoor pool, nice free breakfast, spacious room for family of 4, in parking lot with cracker barrel and convenience store, right by highway, shuttle to airport all perks. Only con is suite has slide door for bathroom. Harder to close, doesn’t close all the way and you can hear all business so be sure to be comfortable with who you are stayinv wiyh. We will definitely be coming back. Staff helpful and extra supplies whenever we asked.

Everything was good except of transfer from airport. I choose this hotel not only because it's 7 minutes from airport but also because they promised free shuttle. Unfortunately shuttle was not provided because "driver was not available" which cost me additional $60 for uber. The gentlemen on front desk was completely useless trying to answer my questions about late checkout or extension of my staying for one more night. In opposite the lady next morning was really helpful with everything, they allow me late checkout. Breakfast is also very good.

I booked and paid for 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was told there were no more rooms with 2 beds and, instead, I got 2 rooms, each with a king bed and pull-out couch. Not ideal for the 4 guys travelling together. Disappointed with the room situation, but everything else was fine.
