Overall the stay was very good. The row house was as described. It met our needs as we were in town for a few days to see a baseball game and visit downtown with some friends.
As other reviews have mentioned parking can be tough to come by. We were able to find a spot and leave the car there. We didn't move the car once it was parked.
The neighborhood was nice and any neighbors we met were nice. The area is accessible to downtown and the ballpark, we did use lyft or uber sometimes.
The house was nice but wasn't exceptional. The upstairs bedrooms are really hot, no matter how cool we set the thermostat. I ended up sleeping on the downstairs couch one night because the bedrooms were so hot. It was hard to find some kitchen utensils, no sharp knives so my wife could cut limes or a bagel, only had butter knives.
I was also a little taken back when I asked the host if we could check in at 2 instead of 4 since we got to Philly earlier then expected. She said it would cost an extra $25. If the house was cleaned and ready for us I don't see how that makes a difference. Again, not a bid deal but just didn't seem accommodating.
Overall, nice place with a great location. There were a few small issues but overall it met our needs. Just nothing to wow you and nothing that exceeded our general expectations to get a 5/5.
