"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved ..."

Very spacious. Great for a family or two couples
"We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and three toilets made it very comfortable for my husband and I as well as our older teenage children to stay comfortably. We had a corner condo with a wrap around balcony that was lovely to relax on and look at the beautiful view."

"Upon our arrival for checkin, the staff are unaware of our booking with our booking details shown. We been waiting for half an hour checking and only they pass us the phone to speak to the owner for our room no. Again, we been waiting for half an hour for the key as they do not understand fourteen ..."
