We love the location, as it is quiet and surrounded by forest with lots of relaxing walking routes nearby, yet not far from the shopping centre in Zweibrücken (which has fast chargers in case you arrived by EV). "Beautiful hotel nestled in the forest near the Nanstein castle ruins. There are walkways all around. The restaurant has limited hours as does the front desk. The room had the typical German amenities and decoration. I stayed in a single room so I wasn't expecting much room. The staff was friendly."

"We requested 2 single beds as travelling with my son. When got our room there was a double bed with 2 duvets. We asked about 2 single beds and was told it was a bed for 2 people! Also bad planning on my behalf booking a hotel in Germany on the opening night of the euro's. Especially as Germany won, it was loud until around midnight. Breakfast was ok"
