"This is one of those places you guiltily don't want to gove a great review because you want to keep the amazingness all to your self. Beautiful property. Beautiful home. Impeccably clean. It is very much a mountain cabin and so are the roads and access to it. I imagine we will be back multiple times a year for some years to come. Very close to Manatiou and woodland park."

"Very cute little place, had lots of ants in the kitchen and bathroom though but other then that it was a great stay! "

"Chipita Park Cabin was the perfect place for our family on Spring Break! The check in process was smooth, the house is stocked with all the essentials, and is very clean. We really enjoyed sitting in the sunroom in the morning and evening. There are also several hiking trails nearby which we loved. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. I would stay here again when in the area. Cannot recommend this place enough! "

"I loved the location of the treehouse tucked away in the ‘compound’ shared with a few other small houses. The view of the mountains from the deck were incredible and there wasn’t much noise from traffic etc. 10 mins or less to Old Colorado City, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. "We spent a wonderful weekend at the perfect spot! The accommodations were excellent. Very comfortable and very easy to relax! We loved the sun porch and the hot tub. Communication from the staff was great. It was brutally cold and extra firewood was loaded and so many extra touches were done to ensure that we were comfortable! "

"Picture perfect cabin tucked in the side of the mountain in an adorable little town. Views are amazing. Hiking out the back door. Close to Colorado Springs. House is exceptionally set up with everything you would expect and much more. Kitchen is very well stocked with many many dishes. Linens, towels were top quality. Host was a book with everything you could ever want laid out for guests. Highly recommend."

"My boyfriend and I spent one of our first trips together at this beautiful little cottage. Perfectly situated outside by a rolling creek, we enjoyed staying in, as well as exploring Colorado Springs. House was clean and had everything we needed. Food, activities and sightseeing are only 10-20 minutes away from the property. Hot tub was incredible and I truly couldn't have asked for a better VRBO! I hope we get to come back someday."
