"What an amazing experience! The hotel is gorgeous and in an ideal location for walking and exploring old town. Our room was lovely and perfectly equipped. Our balcony and its view was a showstopper! I could not have enjoyed it more. The service at the hotel was outstanding - from the personal greetings to the extreme helpfulness. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and will always recommend to anyone traveling in the area. "

It was across from the “Docks” which was wonderful to have so close - the (large) mall and museum was within walking distance as well as the cathedral. "Absolutely best value , the location real good , looks new , the bathroom is nice and modern . Even the size of the elevator is big . The breakfast doesn't get better . Cant remember a better breakfast. The front desk clerk was the nicest , from the day shift to the grave yard clerk also extremely nice . From someone as i that takes 25 trips a year it doesn't get better. "

"The hotel is well located, clean and minimalist. The only critique is that luggage has to be brought up a steep two floors staircase to the reception area. Then there’s a small elevator to go up the other floors. "
