"This luxury duplex apartment was exactly as described on the website and a great choice for a stay as it was in a great location with Tram 4 stop outside main entrance so it was quick & easy to get into the centre. Apartment was well supplied with equipment & cleaning materials and had all the comforts of home as well as a few ectra thoughtful touches. There was a 24hr supermarket in the building as well as a cozy pub so it was so convenient to have these on the first night when arriving late...

"The apartment was very comfortable and spacious and had all we needed for a 4-night stay. The location was perfect - a fairly short walk from the station (15 mins), lovely area for just wandering, and a 10 minute walk to major attractions like Helsinki Cathedral. Really enjoyed our stay there and would stay again."

And they couldn't help me get any more after I contacted them. that was a bit disappointing but we made it work somehow. "Unfortunate broken parking fob and missing ironing board were sorted quickly and easily. Would have been nice to have a small heater to supplement the underfloor heating. Great location - especially for us as attending a funeral in the area. "

"The kitchen was disgusting. All surfaces, cupboards, appliances and utensils were dirty and sticky and it was obvious that none of it had ever been properly cleaned. We have eaten out every day because of it. Also the temperature in the appartement was hot, the airconditioning / thermostate did not work."
