"This is the most run down expensive unit we have ever had. No contact with owner. Email was it. No toilet paper emailed then she left 2 rolls on door knob outside. we just bought some. "During 8 weeks touring Italy as a family of 4 (2 children), this was our favourite accommodation by far. Very clean second story flat with more than enough room for us. The place has lots of character and was fully equipped with everything we needed for a lengthy stay. Lots of beach toys and furniture included. Minutes walk to the beach and great shops all within the historic centre. Great value. Great communication from the host as well. "

"We had a lovely stay at this apartment and found everything we needed. It is beautifully located near the Rocca which made it very convenient when I decided to hike the trail. It is also very close to the center and ocean. It was clean and well lit and had a lot of good closet space for storing clothes. It might be noted that there is one large bedroom with a large bed and a twin bed and the other bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen living room area. Our hosts were lovely and live on the property...

"This is a three bedroom apartment in a small well maintained complex. We stay in Cefalu each time we come to Sicily. The apartment is clean, spacious and in a safe location. Parking is onsite but you can walk into town with ease. Will consider staying here next time we visit. "

"My wife and I had a good experience at this property. Fantastic views of Cefalu. Location is a bit tough because we hired a taxi to take us to dinner. Each way was 15 euros. But overall its a trade off between being in town or having the views. T.V. didn't work. Great communication with host. Overall good experience. "

"Amazing gift to have found this home. Was pinching myself for the first few days. Pictures are accurate and the location was perfect. Safe and secure behind a locked gate this house was a stones throw from the ocean and a five minute drive to the most incredible beach and new grocery store. The outside of the apartments needed a good lick of paint though general upgrade work did seem to have started but the gardens, pool and general area were very well maintained and clean and tidy. "Our group covered friends and family aged 21 - 80+. This beautiful property had everything we needed; gorgeous views, multiple eating areas, lovely pool, fruit trees, lovely bedrooms, table tennis area, BBQ and even a pizza oven. Plus Amica, the gorgeous and adorable owners dog. The photographs do not do it justice!
