Recent luxurious Villa equipped with every comfort and with private swimming pool.
Located in Petrosino, (Trapani) between Marsala and Mazara del Vallo. The house has everything you need for a holiday in total relaxation and privacy to discover the sea and the beauties of the province of Trapani.
The location is central, convenient to all services just 3 km from the sea and wonderful beaches and nature reserves.
The garden is completely fenced with a large private infinity pool and hydromassage area, an area equipped with sun loungers and deckchairs, and an outdoor shower serving the pool.
This property consists of an open-plan lounge on two floors of over 100 m2, divided into: living area with large sofas, dining area and play/reading area.
Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge with ice supply, digital oven.
