Mountain resort
Challenge to find the hotel outside of Petropolis especially at night. The roads twist and turn so it became a challenge to see the hotel sign. The entrance driveway was steep but exciting. However, once we arrived, we were greeted warmly and escorted to our comfortable suite. Amazed by all the original art work on display throughout the hotel. Eating in the dining room was like being in an art gallery. Pleasant, peaceful surroundings outside of Petropolis on a mountain slope. The attentive staff met all our needs at the hotel and suggesting sights to visit in the area. The front desk staff speak English. We would highly recommend this lovely resort to anyone who wants to get out of the big city and enjoy a mountain side experience where it tend to be cooler in climate and more peaceful.

Bom no geral. Quarto amplo, camas confortaveis, limpeza boa, banheiro espaçoso. Area de lazer boa e bonita. Apenas nao gostei do café da manhã. Pelo preço da hospedagem, eu esperava mais. Algumas opcoes de bolo, pães ja torrados com manteiga. Nada tinha plaquinha com nomes então não dava pra saber o que tinha de opção. Café e leite era na máquina de expresso. Sucos aguados e sem gosto, também sem plaquinha. Mesas com migalhas dos hóspedes anteriores. Achei muito sem capricho. Não voltaria. Não recomendo.

Minha seguda vez neste hotel e eu não voltarei mais. Pela segunda vez tive problema ao chegar, me deram um quarto diferente do que eu tinha reservado e precisei ser firme na cobrança pelo que eu havia solicitado. Um estresse desnecessário. Façam um anúncio correto e cumpram suas obrigações, o hóspede chega pra descansar e não para se estressar. Hotel tem um infraestrutura boa, mas é mal administrado.

Péssimas!!! Foram dias temíveis!!! Logo na chegada entranos no quarto estava muito sujo, traça, biscoito no Chao, havia uma camareira para limpar 19 suites.A jacuzzi nao funciona, o ar condicionado estava pessimo a manutenção extremamente sujo, tivemos que limpar o filtro mo banheiro. O cafe da manhã extremamente precário, nao tem cafe, leite, pães frescos ,danone, um bolo duro, pao ja com manteiga, nao tem sucos nem frutas, o queijo ja havia acabado. Uma decepção, . Muito barulho, a pousada deveria ter cuidado em orientar os clientes, havia ao lado do meu quarto muito barulho de uma casal tendo relação sexual aos gritos e gemidos, foi uma noite Terrível, o gerente nao estava na pousada em todos os diaa que solicitei a sua presenca. Enfim, minhas filhas e eu tivemos dias de ferias terrivel. Chegamos cansadas e saimos pior!!! O que salva e equipe da recepção, e a camareira, que cuida dos quartose do cafe da manha ela faz tudo sozinha. Lamentável!!!!

Atendimento muito bom. Mas o café da manhã deixa muito a desejar. Sempre falta um talher, um copo, uma xícara ou um prato. Vc não consegue se servir, sem ter q esperar por um destes objetos. A máquina de café é pouco funcional e tem fila para usar. Não tem suco de fruta natural. Só refresco artificial. Poucos itens salgados.

Pousada como uma Boa estrutura porém está abandona , sem manutenção, suja! As coisas não funcionam direito como chuveiro e eu ducha higiênica , é uma pena pq se fosse bem tratada seria Fantástico pelo Estevão que tem , café da manhã bem ruim , bem ruim mesmo! Mussarela , apresuntado, canjica fria, café e chocolate na máquina que são horríveis , nunca fui em uma pousada ou hotel com máquina , não é barato pro nível que é , as pessoas deveriam falar a verdade qd avaliam , pq assim vai quem quer já sabendo do nivel do local

Problema com aquecedor
Nos hospedamos durante o carnaval e tivemos problema desde o primeiro dia com o aquecedor do chuveiro. No primeiro dia após tentativa de conserto sem sucesso mudamos de quarto já após as 22h. No dia seguinte retornamos para o quarto com o aquecedor supostamente consertado que logo depois parou de funcionar novamente. Apenas no terceiro e penúltimo dia de hospedagem que o problema com aquecedor foi resolvido, mas mesmo assim após ficarmos 4h fora do hotel e mais 1h no hotel do lado de fora do quarto aguardando o reparo. Pelo valor esperávamos mais conforto, mas tivemos foi dor de cabeça com esse problema que durou praticamente toda nossa viagem. E não recebemos nenhum tipo de pedido de desculpas da gerência do hotel. Achei a equipe bem despreparada pra lidar com esse tipo de situação. Não voltaria e não recomendo. Pelo valor cobrado deveria ter um atendimento melhor.
