Simples mas bem localizado, para estada curta.
Hotel muito simples próximo ao centro e à orla do Rio São Francisco. Instalacoes limpas com conforto mediano ( cama dura, toalhas limpas mas desgastadas, cafe da manhã bom com pouca variedade)

Pontos positivos: Localização, recepcionista Juan e a garçonete Roberta (muito educada e cordial). Pontos negativos: Assim que chegamos, nossa reserva não estava correta, estavam 3 camas de solteiro, ao invés de uma de casal e uma de solteiro como eu havia reservado! Contactei a recepção e fui super mal atendida pelo funcionário Felipe, que grosseiramente falou que esta seria a única opção. Detalhe que fiz a reserva com 6 meses de antecedência! Ele também foi estúpido com mais duas pessoas que viajavam conosco em outras situações! Não sei como ainda lida com os hóspedes, pois não tem a menor condição! Destaque positivo para o funcionário/gerente chamado De Enderson, que, no mesmo momento resolveu o problema nos trocando de quarto. Cama dura e pequena. Café da manhã fraco. Sucos ruins e sem gosto… Limpeza dos quartos péssima! Em 7 dias de hospedagem, os lençóis (que já estavam sujos qdo chegamos) não foram trocados nenhum dia). Lixo do quarto passou 2 dias sem ser retirado, o que gerou cheiro de podre no quarto por conta dos restos de comida. O copo que tinha no quarto, tomamos refrigerante nele e o mesmo permaneceu por 4 dias na escrivaninha sujo de refrigerante. Suco que caiu dentro do frigobar nunca foi limpo. Em 3 dias não deixaram sabonetes e em 1 não deixaram as toalhas de banho. A toalha de piso do banheiro foi a mesma durante todo esse período, já estava amarelada no 7º dia… Sinceramente, nenhum cuidado e zelo com os hóspedes… Não recomendo e jamais voltaria!

O atendimento é muito bom. No entanto a cama era muito dura, igualmente o travesseiro. A limpeza deixava a desejar, encontrei cabelo nós lençóis. O café é simples mas é gostoso.

Hotel velho, desatualizado, necessitando de reforma urgente. Cama pequena, cortinas rasgadas, metais do banheiro quebrados, sistema de chaves jurássico, espero não voltar a me hospedar lá. Péssimo custo benefício
