"Good area for the Hotel, staff were excellent, someties at breakfast overworked espessially by some awkward and arrogant guests from a neighbouring country. I would not have had the patience. Well done to them.!!"

"No issues checking in after midnight or getting a taxi to the airport early in the morning. Rooms are similar to what you might get at an airport hotel in the states except that the furniture is higher quality and there's a coffee pod machine. Simple continental breakfast provided, roads around the property can be noisy as locals regularly use their horns, fairly steep hill between the hotel and town centre. "I have stayed at many hottie and have had the fortune to stay at many luxury hotels. I consider that the Termas Puyehue is one of my favourites. The safety is outstanding and the facilities incredible for those who like luxury and a lovely natural environment. My wife and I particularly enjoyed the Mapuche menu. The hot spas were also memorable, as was the architecture. We cannot wait to visit again. "

"We had a great stay and paid a fair value for a beautiful room with lake and volcanos view. It is true the hotel needs some updating, specially in tje exterior pool, garden and painting. Some interior details were already updated and very nice. We loved the reading room, the poems along the walls and the corridors lights."

"Very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent. My window did not close. The pressure of the water in the baths is incredibly high. So high that taking a bath can be a painful experience. Please, consider to regulate the pressure of the two water."

"This is basically a family run old school bed and breakfast. Not a bad thing, but something I wish I knew before booking. The plus, it's reasonably comfortable. It's near the lake. The family is friendly. The catch is that there was a lot of kids running around and playing from about 7am to 11pm. "A very rustic accommodation, really enjoyed the fire and being in the forest. A little rough around the edges (marks on sheets, dirty kettle in the kitchen, bathroom in need of an upgrade) but if you value atmosphere and a camping feel worth a stay. "
