"Hotel is beautiful - but if you have a lot of baggage - there is NO ELEVATOR and lots of stairs, making that a bit of a slog. Staff is professional and friendly - the hotel is in the central square - you can park outside to drop off your things, then drive a block away and park in free street parking. The rooms are clean and mine included a washing machine. Linens are high quality - I did not use the spa but it looked fantastic. it's a beautiful hotel in a lovely small town. "

"The Hotel is charming the rooms are gorgeous but the setting takes your breathe away. Set in a valley in the Marches region of Italy from the pool you can see the ocean and turn around to look at ancient cities on the crests of the surrounding hillsides. Sandra the owner and hostess is as charming and lovely a human being as you can find. I would drive hours out of my way to stay here. You won't regret it !!!!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Villa Cascaino! The location is excellent for exploring all of the small towns nearby, as well as exploring beach areas on the coast. The house is spacious and the pool is extremely relaxing, particularly on the hot days. The kitchen/dining room area is very large and was able to accommodate our large group. "Our group of friends stayed at a beautiful house near Gualdo, perfect for both relaxing and working. The house was very well-kept, thanks to the owner and the host, who was always ready to help, answer questions, and restock items if needed.
