"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

The food were all delicious and lots of food and drink selections. Though the place is so big, its easy access to anywhere. Daily housekeeping was great too! They always ensured our room was clean and bed was organised when we get back. Overall, our stay was wonderful. "

"The atmosphere is unique. As soon as you enter the property you feel how you calm down, slow down, and just enjoy being somehow out of the world. The rooms are individually designed, with lots of artwork in each of the rooms, but the entire property is essentially an exhibition. The restaurant is situated in the middle of the garden, a breakfast buffet has everything you need and for dinner, you can get excellent cuisine. "Our room was very dated. It was clean but definitely requires an update. However, the space and service offered at the resort outweighed any disappointment with our accommodation. Lovely pools, a relaxed atmosphere, ample space for kids to run wild or couples to have peace and quiet. Low key, but spot on entertainment."
