100% remodeled in 2022 with Granite Countertops throughout. New Cabinets, Vanities, Flooring, Furniture, Appliances, even Mattresses... We even have a New Furnace and AIR CONDITIONING! New Photo's coming soon. Welcome to your dream Petoskey vacation! This condo is located just 1 block south of the entrance to Petoskey State Park. Situated at the back of the development with a tree covered sand dune right out your backdoor. Sit out on the back deck and enjoy the beauty of nature while cooking a gourmet meal on the grill, all while enjoying a beer from Petoskey Brewing just a short walk south. Or a Glass of wine from the vast selection at Toski Sands Market just across the street (they have Petoskey’s largest selection of Beer as well.) We have a beautiful covered front porch for your morning coffee and pastry from the famous Johan’s Bakery. If you are looking for a spectacular night out, try Vernale’s just a ¼ mile north. And to top all this off, we are one of the few units at this price point to have CENTRAL AIR.

If you like the outdoors we have all that Northern Michigan has to offer, starting with the beach at Petoskey State Park. You can walk there right out the back door. If you are into biking the Little Traverse Wheel Way is right out front. You can ride from the condo south all the way to Charlevoix or north to Harbor Springs. The Bear River Whitewater Park is right downtown, be sure to take lessons. Bring your Mountain Bikes and ride the extensive trails at Boyne and Boyne Highlands, you can even take the chairlift up and just ride down the beginner trails. Golf, golf, and more golf! And so much more! DID I MENTION WE HAVE A/C?

For those of you who prefer to get your exercise walking while shopping, you can go to Harbor Springs, The Gas Light District in downtown Petoskey or drive to the incredible Harbor District in Charlevoix. You can find anything your heart desires while walking and shopping for exercise!

When you finally make it back to the condo, take advantage of our new king size bed in the master bedroom while the kids lounge in the second bedroom’s full size bed with a twin trundle. We have a big smart flat screen TV, wireless internet and a DVD player. A selection of family movies and lots of games as well. (and we have Central Air!)

This is the perfect vacation spot for couples, families, golfers and retirees. Don’t miss the fall color tour either!

Perfect location for touring the area. Very clean condo- well stocked kitchen and comfortable living room and bed room. The proximity to the state park is wonderful. It is also in a lovely, quiet area- and close to good restaurants and grocery stores.

Extremely nice place, all updated, close to all the local attractions. Front porch and rear deck available for winding down. Would definitely use again if returning to the area.

This is truly a treasure of a place and our family enjoyed our stay in every way. It is cozy, clean, and we felt right at home! We enjoyed days at the Petoskey State Park, took a day trip to Mackinac Island, and enjoyed downtown Petoskey. The location was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!!

This condo was perfect in every way! It is clean and comfortable (great beds and pillows!) and a great location between Petoskey and Harbor Springs. Petoskey State Park is within easy walking distance! I would absolutely recommend it!

These condos are an awesome location to the state park. It’s right on the bike path and no far from several shops and restaurants. We prefer renting a condo to have a little more space and to be in a less crowded area. The condo is beautiful, clean and comfortable. We have plans to return in the fall. Amazing place to stay with a family
My family and I had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect- right next to the state park and a close drive to everything. It was nice and quiet, and the perfect size for us and our two kids. There is even a beautiful view of a hill and trees out the back. The owner went above and beyond to help us when we had a family issue come up that effected our stay. The rental was very clean, newly updated and had very comfortable furniture. It had everything we needed for cooking meals. We will stay again next time we come to Petoskey!

Great Location, Updated Condo - Petoskey is Incredible!
As advertised, recently updated this condo feels brand new. We liked the separate bedrooms upstairs with full baths. Close to Traverse Wheelway, we biked almost everywhere. Also, an amazing beach in Petoskey State Park is a 3 minute bike directly behind. Perfect for our family vacation. The Petoskey area has it all! Absolutely loved it.

Cute, clean, and well appointed!
Quick weekend in the Petoskey area to visit family. Location was perfect for us and the quiet little condo sub was ideal. Very comfortable and clean unit. Loved the two suite baths and AC. It was unseasonably warm in early June so very happy to have had central air. Will definitely be back in the future.

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed biking (which makes it so easy to get on trails from where the condo is located), close to town, parks and the State Park beach. Very sweet couple next door and the other neighbor was friendly. The condo is nice and had everything we needed! Jeffrey is easy to communicate with! Newly renovated gem
This recently renovated two bed, two bath condo was a pleasure to stay in for a few days while visiting Petoskey. The decor was clean and modern, yet simple. They were very few amenities that the owner didn't think of. Overall, it was a great place to stay, nestled in the woods next door to the Petoskey State Park. Bike trails are right outside your door, the park is within walking distance, and it's a short drive to downtown for shopping and dining. We would gladly stay here again, given the chance.

Nice property. Mile walk through the maintenance yard of the state park to get to the beach. The condo was clean an comfortable for us. Never ran out of hot water. However the cleaning company needs to stock enough TP for the (number of guest expected x days). Over all, a nice place to stay.

Relax in the lovely north country in a great condo!
If you are looking for a quiet get away up north, this condo is perfect. You are five minutes walking to the beach (State Park w/sandy beach), five minutes driving to Petoskey and Harbor Springs (determined by traffic!) Each bedroom has a full bath, wonderful for two couples. The condo is stocked with enough dishes and cookware to stay in or close enough to enjoy the many local restaurants. We spent many hours playing cards on the deck, which was in the shade. The condo is very clean and we are already talking about next year. Thank you for sharing your "Get-a-Way" home with us!

Weekend Anniversary Getaway
This is a very nice condo and a great location in Petoskey. The pictures are accurate and the condo was a perfect home base for our daily traveling around the beautiful Petoskey area. The condo has comfortable furniture throughout and the remodeling was both tasteful and nicely done. There were a few small "misses" with the cleaning crew, mostly in the kitchen, (floor not fully swept, stovetop and countertop had some crumbs left behind and fingerprints on the microwave buttons and refrigerator handle, which really stands out on stainless appliances) but all were minor and certainly didn't affect our stay....that is the reason I only gave 4 stars on "cleanliness". Otherwise, everything about this property and our stay was super!

We liked the condo very much but would probably not stay again because of the sleeping arrangements. We had two couples staying at this condo. One bedroom is large and has a king bed. The other bedroom (where we slept) has only a full size bed. We definitely would have preferred at least a queen size bed or twin beds. There was a trundle (?) bed underneath our full size bed but the room was too small to accommodate it easily. We needed to place the bedside stand beside the bed so could not use the trundle. Probably would work well for children though. The condo was very nice. Clean. Liked the three bathrooms. Didn't use the laundry but that would be nice if needed. Quiet area, nestled in the woods.

Anniversary Get-a-way
As depicted in pictures. Lovely condo with nice front and back porch. Nice quiet complex. Close to Petosky and some great Nature Preserves for taking short hikes. Bike trails right outside complex. Host responded immediately to a question. Our only complaints were the bed…we thought it very uncomfortable…and very creaky every time you got in and out. Also, although picture depicted it, I wish it had been spelled out that coffee maker was a kuerig type. I had brought coffee, but….had to go to store for kuerig cups. We had to get out to a store to purchase
