Perfect place to stay
This condo was a perfect place for us this past week, as we spent time in the area. its was a safe, quiet, and comfortable place that was easily accessible to our adventures. Loved being next to the State Park.

Great place with everything we needed
The Owners were very helpful before our stay and then answered a couple questions we had upon arrival. The property is very well-maintained and the furnishings are all lovely. We'll definitely stay here again on another visit to Petoskey.

Great location for ski weekends!
We have stayed in three different town homes in Bathing Beach, and always find the property so very convenient for ski weekends to Boyne Highlands. This unit was very nice, and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. We would stay again for our future trips to Petosky/Harbor Springs!

We have stayed here before in the fall, but this was out first visit in the summer and it did not disappoint! This place is so conveniently located and has lots of amenities and fun things to do nearby. Very comfortable place to relax and regroup too. Definitely recommend!!

Cozy Condo
It was great. Cozy place to stay for three ladies hitting the ski slopes for a quick weekend. Everything was clean, all instructions were clear and we really appreciated having two and a half bathrooms. Very nice place to stay for a good price, thank you!

Wonderful condo, next to the beach!!
Our family had a lovely visit here recently. We stayed 3 nights and it was so great to have space for all. The kitchen is FULLY equipped with everything. The location next to the state park was amazing and even the water temp was pleasantly warm! We would highly recommend this to anyone and hope to return to Petoskey again! Bob and Deanna and very kind hosts!

NYE Ski Trip
Great location to Boyne Highlands and Nub’s Nob if you don’t mind driving 10 minutes. A great economical choice compared to on site ski condos!! Loved our space, well equipped kitchen. It was super clean, adorably decorated and very quiet for a duplex. We enjoyed exploring Petosky in the evenings for dinner out. Easy in and out place with key located in the door. We loved it!

We enjoyed our stay very much in the Petoskey area. The condo had everything we needed and was in a great location. Very quiet environment. The condo was not up to expectation with cleanliness on our arrival. We did a quick surface clean, and continued enjoying our weekend.

Condo stay
Overall the condo was just used for sleeping as we were at weddings events Fri - Sun and left Sunday early. Condo was comfortable, however, the cleaning service is doing the owners a disservice. The floors and other areas were dusty. Crumbs on the counter. There was even urine in one toilet seat and excrement on another. When I arrived my son 44 and daughter 45 were actually vacuuming and cleaning the condo. We left the condo cleaner than we found it.

Cute, Spacious, comfortable condo
We loved our stay. Plenty of room. 2 bedrooms, each with their own full bath! Half bath downstairs. Lots of fans/ceiling fans. Cable, DVDs, books,games & puzzles to enjoy. Appreciated the 2 beach chairs to use. We didn’t have room in our car to travel with any. It is decorated really nice. loved the cute matching dishes, glasses etc. Big beautiful kitchen. Has a patio to sit out on. Right around the corner from the state park & beach! Loved going to the beach. Bike trail close. Loved Kilwin’s chocolate kitchen and the area of Petoskey. Would Definitely rent again. Highly recommend.
