"The room and everything is good. The Breakfast cooks are failed sanitation. I am a red sealed chef in Canada. I saw the milk two Jars were not washed and old milk few days should be. The mouth of two jars were layers by layers brown colour.That is disgusting. I told them to clean and they did after that. That cook name is OUSSAMA. The reason this could be happened management of the breakfast fail. Please tell them to respect the sanitation. We are not pigs to drink that milk."

"Food was awesome…really. The market attached was full of great gourmet items. Check in was great…staff in desk Danelle?!…super pleasant and helpful with meal suggestions etc Quaint, clean, unpretentious and will return."

"We were just passing through Bonaventure on a tour of the Gaspesie so only stayed one night but the room was very well equipped, clean, and well set up, very easy check in, there were a couple of restaurants in walking distance, parking right by the door, and no issues or concerns. The motel was right off the 132 so very well located for a drive through the area."

"We were greeted with open arms! Our hostess Pierette was very welcoming, friendly and loved to chat which we loved! Great stories. Very peaceful, quiet location off the main road. Easy drive to various points of interest . We would have stayed longer if we had know how easy it was to travel to different points of interest. Breakfast was wonderful! "I feel a review does not do much justice for this cottage. Great for all year around, for me it was a few nights at a cozy winter cabin, and it was very cozy!!! I would definitely recommend this to anybody looking for peace and quiet in the woods, along a river."

Completely unexpected!

"Has an excellent stay!! Don’t judge a book by its cover with this place! My sole complaint is the mattress was far too soft but that is a personal preference. The staff, room and cleanliness were top level awesome! I will stay again, possibly put the mattress on the floor… there was certainly enough room. Haha"

Hiker’s haven!

"The lodge was well appointed, very comfortable, furnished nicely with lots of seating options, well appointed kitchen that had everything for meal prep! Spacious for our large group of hikers. Not too far from the Sentier Nepisiquit Mi’gmaq Trail. After a day of hiking it would have been nice to enjoy a hot tub/ cold plunge tub."

"I don’t have enough words to describe our amazing vacation in Bathurst, but I’m going to try! Before we arrived Meagan and her husband were answering any question very fast. Upon arrival, they were present and had some very good recommendations on what to do around. Now the house: our hosts arranged and decorated it with so much care and attention, it was like entering a family home. The living room has great couches, the kitchen has everything we needed and more. The bathroom is spacious and the water pressure is very good (better than my own!). The bedrooms are great, the beds and pillows are fantastic. Our stay was amazing, and we will definitely try to come back! "
