Stay at the cottage L'Escale WILDE by the sea in the heart of a charming village

This pretty old red brick house is located in a charming village where Oscar Wilde has stayed. Recently restored, its neat and charming decoration will seduce you.

We put at your disposal the time of your stay all the necessary equipment: some bicycles, a BBQ (at the cellar), a garden furniture, the small electrical appliances (hair dryer, central steam, coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster , kettle, vacuum cleaner ...) and comfortable quality equipment: Fridge-freezer, convection oven, induction hob, extractor hood, washing machine, dishwasher.

A small library is installed on the floor.

The rooms are cozy and the space well distributed.

A beautiful bathroom awaits you with an authentic Italian shower.

The bedding is new or very recent. The duvets and pillows are provided (all equipped with underpads, 3 duvets 220x240, 2 duvets of 1 person). The bed linen can be provided as an option (10 € per person per stay), the bathroom linen also (5 € per person per stay).

Its 4 real rooms offer different configurations: 1 bedroom in the DRC with a bed of 160 cm and a baby area (a crib and a chair with bars, baby bath, a stroller cane, an umbrella bed, a changing mat, a park), 3 bedrooms upstairs (1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 person, 2 bedrooms each with 1 bed 140 cm). All are equipped with storage.

The dishes have been planned in large quantities,
a champagne bucket and its flutes are also at your disposal.

Large HD TV, DVD player and CD player are available.
Wifi can be provided on request (possible access against commitment of non-downloads).

The house has a beautiful flower garden and is ideally located in the heart of a charming village, facing the church and offers all the amenities within walking distance: bakery, butcher, grocery store, restaurants, bar, pharmacy, medical office dentist, garage, post office
The beach is at the end of the street, 1.5 km below.
Dieppe is 7 km (10 minutes by car), Rouen at 1:00, Paris at 2:30, Etretat at 1:15, Baie de Somme 60 minutes.
A railway station linking Rouen and Paris is located in Dieppe.

Me, my wife, our 4 children and my mother in law all enjoyed our stay here. The house & garden was very pleasant and clean. Good sized rooms. The owners Fabienne & Sebastien were brilliant. Would definitely recommend to others to come and have a relaxing holiday stay here. 5 stars. highly recommended.

L'Escale Wilde ist eine Top-Adresse um ruhige, entspannte Ferien zu verbringen in einem hübschen, kleinen Ort. Die Ausrüstung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.

Magnifique séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La maison est très propre, entièrement équipée, idéale pour les familles. Elle dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour les enfants et bébés (lits, chaise haute, baignoire, tapis à langer, vélos, jeux...). Fabienne et son mari sont vraiment aux petits soins avec leurs hôtes et ont tout mis en oeuvre pour assurer notre confort et le bon déroulement de notre séjour. La localisation est parfaite, ville tranquille, très proche de dieppe et de toutes les commodités. Nous recommandons cette location les yeux fermés. Merci pour cet accueil

Ein wunderschönes Haus
Das Haus von Fabienne and Sebastien ist wunderschön und von einem sehr gepflegten und schönen Garten umgeben. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Handtücher, Bettwäsche und Fahrräder sind im Preis inbegriffen, was wir wirklich toll fanden. Die Landschaft in der Umgebung ist traumhaft. Ausflüge nach Dieppe und Le Treport sind unbedingt zu empfehlen. Zum Meer ist es ein kleiner Spaziergang. Wegen des Kiesstrandes waren wir dort allerdings nicht schwimmen. Wichtig zu wissen: es gibt nur ein Bad im Haus. Da die Toilette aber separat ist, haben wir das mit 6 Personen problemlos meistern können. Alles in allem können wir das Ferienhaus absolut empfehlen!

Eine schöne Woche in der Normandie
Ein Haus und ein Garten zum Wohlfühlen.Es war alles vorbereitet und was man brauchte ,war vorhanden.Idealer Standort für Ausflüge und Einkäufe. 5 Minuten Autofahrt und man war am Meer.Wir waren zu zweit-das Haus ist aber darüber hinaus sehr geeignet für Familien mit Kindern.

Unseren zweiwöchigen Urlaub haben wir im L'Escale Wilde sehr genossen. Dazu beigetragen hat das wunderschöne, gut ausgestattete Haus, die sehr netten Gastgeber, die bei Fragen immer schnell zu Hilfe kamen, der lauschige grüne Garten, das beschauliche Dorf und die wunderschöne Alabasterküste (die sogar fußläufig zu erreichen ist). In der Umgebung, rund um Dieppe, gibt es viele Strandabschnitte, die wir leer bis wenig besucht vorfanden. Dies war gerade zur Zeit der Pandemie sehr angenehm. Von Düsseldorf/NRW waren wir in 5,5 Stunden reiner Fahrzeit in Berneval-le-Grand. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und sagen nochmals ganz herzlich: Merci beaucoup Fabienne et Sèbastien!

Excellente communication avec Fabienne, la propriétaire, avant notre arrivée en ces temps incertains de confinement. Excellent accueil d'Armelle avec tous les détails et conseils utiles à notre séjour en Normandie. La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour y recevoir notre famille d'adultes .Propreté irréprochable, bien équipé , ce gîte est parfait dans cette belle région où il nous reste encore beaucoup de chose à découvrir.

Nous avons passé une semaine merveilleuse dans la maison avec nos jumelles et un couplé d'amis avec deux enfants de bas âge. La maison est très confortable, au niveau des lits jusqu'au matériel pour enfants. Les propriétaires sont réactifs, à l'écoute pour nos besoins, particulièrement gentils, et acceuillants. La maison n'est pas loin de la mer et la cheminée à été un élément très agréable et apprécié. Que du bonheur! Merci!

Geräumiges Haus, schöner Garten, ruhige Nachbarschaft- perfekt!
Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und prima ausgestattet. Es war toll, sogar Fahrräder vor Ort zu haben. Besonders mein Sohn hat damit oft und gerne die Umgebung erkundet. Haus und Garten liegen in einer sehr ruhigen Nachbarschaft! Fabienne war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Sie war stets ansprechbar bei Fragen oder Unklarheiten und antwortete in kürzester Zeit. Der Check in lief problemlos. Obwohl Fabienne nicht da sein konnte, hatten wir dank ausführlicher Einweisung inclusive Fotos keine Probleme beim Ankommen. Danke auch für die nette Überraschung im Kühlschrank!! Die persönliche Begrüßung erfolgte am Tag darauf. Sehr nett. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt und können das Haus von Fabienne voll und ganz weiterempfehlen!
