"We liked the property itself, but it is well worn, and in need of freshening up before it falls the wrong side of nice. Housekeeping too, is limited, and could be stepped up. Fingermarks all over the elevator. Pictures askew on the walls, and the carpet hadn't been vacuumed in days. But the room was nice enough, and the breakfast was fresh. The staff for check-in and for the breakfast were outstanding though, and very friendly and positive."

"The hotel was so beautiful and bright. The design was stunning, the rooms are huge, the service was fantastic and the food was great. The gallery gift shop was so unique. I love all the little details in the rooms (like the cloud white noise machine). I just couldn't stop smiling when I was there. This hotel is a destination!!"
