"The location is perfect for Springfield. So many places in walking distance. Word of caution..if you have any disability this apartment is difficult to access. There are 37 steps with no elevator access. This limited our up and down. Unfortunately, as well the stove was inoperable as well. We are flexible travelers, so we were able to work around, The actual apartment is really nice. "

"Extremely well set up for a nice stay and had a wonderful kitchen and very comfy beds. Just minutes from the Lincoln home, museum and library. Hosts were very helpful by letting us rent an additional night. We only rented the first floor and were very happy. It is a beautiful house that is now a bit of a holdover on that part of 6th Street."

Only one towel provided for entire stay per guest. Choice of soaps provided were less than desirable. Lamps provided did not work along with various outlets. Several times had to call office due to being locked out of main building. Likes: Location ideal for downtown commute. Washer and dryer...
