"This is a hotel outside the city of Pula. Easy check-in, friendly staff, free parking, very good breakfast. Room is a little small and bathroom fixtures are odd, shower in particular. Water drains toward the door and runs out into the bathroom. There is no place to put soap or shampoo in the shower. "

"Nice apartment located very deep in the heart of OLD TOWN Rovinj, fully pedestrian, cobble stoned area with loud disco music blaring from most bars/restaurants. We had to get the host's golf cart to get us there from outside of the Old Town area. Car needed to be parked outside Old Town. "Good service, facilities and cleanliness all round. The new pools are fabulous, especially the relax infinity pool with the fantastic comfortable cushioned 4 poster sun beds, lovely, more comfortable than the apartment beds. Nice modern reception with good staff. The negatives for comfort was the mattresses seemed old, lumpy and very uncomfortable, i hardly slept the first night and changed my mattress for the spare one in our room but wasn't much better. Also most people on self catering...

"Super nice location and good condition. Parking was a bit of a convoluted experience, and showing up 50 minutes too early for check in earned me a "go away" attitude. Aside from that, all was great. Probably a better place to visit on the high season though - Vrsar gets a bit empty when it's cold out."

"Very nice room located right in old town Rovinj, comfortable and clean. Very welcoming couple met me on arrival and helped me to the room. Easy to communicate with them through their Whatsapp number for anything needed. They were among the nicest hotel people I have ever met and added to an already good experience. Building is located steps from many good restaurants and just around the corner from the sea. About a ten minute walk from the bus station. Would certainly like to stay here again...

"Owner of the property re-sold the apartment for higher price, due to high demand for accomodation, which we found out when we called for directions when we arrived to Croatia. There excuse was that "there was a mix up with Expedia". But property was booked and paid for few weeks in advance, and we had communication withe the property before arrival, with no mention of anything out of the place. Found out later from the locals that re-selliing for higher price was common this season, especially...

"Nice and spacious with free parking. In a residential area, with beach access close by. Owners were extremely friendly and helpful. Only small issue was on check-in there was no one at the desk, but I found the owner’s apartment under the stairwell and just said hello. "

"Aivan mahtava, rauhallinen, viihtyisä paikka. Hieman kaukana meille kun meillä ei ollut autoa. Kuljimme taksilla keskustaan. Aamupala maksoi 8€/ hlö mutta oli todella maittava. Paikassa ei ole mitään ravintoloita ja kauppaan oli 2 km. Varustetaso oli suhteellisen hyvä kahdelle hengelle. Ystävällinen ja auttavainen henkilökunta. "This is a very nice apartment that is centrally located and was a great place to stay for two nights in Rovinj. We used the hotel guest parking and walked to the hotel with our backpacks. It was a nice ten minute walk but wouldn’t recommend it if you had suitcases. The apartment was fairly easy to find. When we got close by I called the hotel and someone found us on the street and showed us where it was. The adventure of finding it would be tricky without a phone or WiFi. My only complaint is...
