The Perfect Petaluma Place!
This is a wonderful home in a gorgeous, park-like setting, with absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay - a fully outfitted kitchen, formal dining room with fancy china in additional to kitchen eating space, washer & dryer, and a fabulous sunroom. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!

Countryside retreat
This is a fantastic place to unwind and relax in the countryside of south Sonoma County, and has easy access to downtown Petaluma and other area attractions. Well stocked and extremely comfortable.

Quiet and Lovely Farm House
My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to everything and just a short drive to Sonoma and Napa. The home was very well kept and clean. It offered all the amenities that you would need. The hosts Jim and Jackie were great and did everything to ensure our stay was perfect!!!

Quiet residence for relaxing m!
On the southern edge of Petaluma close to the freeway for easy access, this place was a beautiful property and very quiet. Still part of local family the property is well managed with lots of attention. Any questions of where to find something were quickly answered by Jim. Provided that “at home” feeling for a gathering of friends impossible at any hotel.

California Vacation
This beautiful home was even more than the pictures led us to expect. The grounds were like a garden. Everything you could need to make your visit comfortable and convenient was already provided. The layout of the house was perfect for visiting with amazing flow! I cannot choose my favorite room: the glass sunroom? the lovely kitchen/diningroom/game room? oh, maybe the beautiful living room with its bay window? we did not even use the perfect dining room! AND the beds were comfortable! I guess the best thing we can say is that we instantly felt so very much at home. The owners had a lot to do with that feeling! We truly cannot say enough! We so hope we can come back next year!

Quaint and Quiet
We stayed here for a wedding in Petaluma and it was easy to get around the town. The house was a good size and spacious for 3 adults and 2 kids. The outdoor space is nice. I would stay here again.

Ultra comfortable home
This older remodeled home is just minutes away from Petaluma with easy freeway access. Fully furnished home with everything you would probably have in your own home. Most comfortable beds we have ever slept on at a rental. Super clean, efficient central heating/ac system; can't say enough about how well it met our needs for a 2 day stay over.

WONDERFUL!
This is our 3rd stay at this beautiful home. The Smiths graciously decorated for Christmas with a 6 foot tree! The house is light filled, set amidst lovely countryside with a hoot owl in the back garden oak tree, wild turkeys and deer roam around. Everything to make one feel at home is supplied, it is a true home away from home, the living spaces large, and very well furnished, we enjoyed our Christmas Day dinner in the formal dining room. The living room has a large bay window overlooking the vineyard down the road. It is also a great area to take a stroll and walk down to see the horses. From the kitchen window you can see the cows in the field beyond. I could go on and on about this home. We shall be back of course, as each stay somehow seems to become more magical. Thank you Jim and Jackie.

Wonderful experience!
We loved staying at this quiet home in the hills of beautiful Petaluma. Everything was clean and easy, from the friendly call we got from Jim before por arrival to the check in and out. We stayed with two young kids and appreciated the spacious common areas and lack of stairs and breakable items. The kitchen had everything we needed and the surrounding area is idyllic.

Fantastic place
This house is perfect. It has rustic furnishings but very comfortable. It was like a home away from home. The location was really quick to freeway, but so quiet. I enjoyed being able to sleep with the windows open. I haven’t done that since I was a kid. It was very well stocked! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Petaluma Stay!
We had a great time, beautiful large home with three bedrooms and pull-out sofa fit our group for a weekend wedding. Very clean home, accommodating hosts, and great location just outside of town (the winery across the street was going to open the following week, but looked great too!). Would definitely book another stay here if we come back to Petaluma!

Petaluma - Perfect gateway to Sonoma/Marin County
Wonderful 10 day trip! Lots to see and do. House perfect, well equipped and right off highway. Surrounding farmlands lovely, cows, deer, hawks, hummingbirds, lizards and beautiful landscape. Our stay and vacation was excellent. Thank you to homeowners Jim and Jackie, so pleasant and professional. Would love to return to Kastania Road again!
