"Die Anreise war problemlos, da der Besitzer Massimo schon vorab den Standort geschickt hat, außerdem gibt er während des Aufenthalts immer wieder Tipps für Ausflüge. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen und uns alles wissenswerte über das Haus erklärt. Das Haus und der Garten ist super, wir und unser Hund haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir können es nur weiter empfehlen, ein optimaler Ausgangspunkt um die südliche Toskana zu erkunden. Nochmals 1000 Dank! Liebe Grüße Dani, Nicole und...

"We spent 2 weeks at this very nice house. The view is unbeatable! Everything is at least as on the pictures or even better. We appreciated the location at the end of a dead-end road. Some stairs to the sea..that´s seaside!"

"If you want to experience authentic Italy, add an olive farm. This is your place… It is very clean. Quite a drive to get there, make sure you do your grocery shopping prior to arriving. There is nowhere to purchase anything nearby. It is a 20 minute drive. The host mother and son are very lovely people. They do not speak any English however they are excellent with Google translate."

"Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in Ansedonia. Schon in der Vorbereitungsphase haben Ronald und Carey so warm und großartig mit uns kommuniziert. Das Haus selbst wird auch von der Familie übers Jahr genutzt, was in Ferienhäusern immer ein echtes Plus bedeutet: Die Küche war top ausgestattet, man findet alles was man braucht, viele private Dinge schaffen eine heimelige charmante Atmosphäre, Bücher, Fotos und vieles mehr. "We stayed in this villa for 14 nights. For the first 3 days we had huge issues with the electrical system, which is very old. This caused frequent an lengthy outages, which means no air conditioning or electrical fans…The villa is nice but it has not been renovated, and it is basically falling into pieces, which is a shame given the nice location."

"We went there with 19 persons. A wonderful place on the top of a hill so always a nice breeze despite some hot summer days. A bunch of place to be and spread out. Well equipped kitchen to cook for a big group. Nice midsize Pool. The Check-in was quite tricky because the coworker of the Host spoke italian only. For this reason we got poor local and organizational informations. Help your self…"

"Zufahrt, übelster Schotterweg 1 km steil bergauf. Mit Audi A6 mehrmals aufgesessen. Bungalow war für uns nicht beziehbar. Ziehmlich unhygenisch vieles kaputt und eklige Möbel. Die Agentur hat uns nach öfteren telefonieren dann auf der Straße sitzen gelassen. Mussten uns dann eigenmächtig ein Hotell suchen um nich auf der Straße zu schlafen. Wenigstens bekamen wir unser Geld wieder. Katastrophe nie wieder."
