The attention to detail, warm greeting, helpful recommendations and reservations for dinners was much appreciated. It is considered one of the best hotels I have tried. The location is great and close to everything. It is easy to go and return to the entertainment cities. The level of service is very good, comparable to five-star hotels. All the hotel staff are highly qualified and experienced. I highly recommend it.

The staff are very friendly and helpful and the hotel is well run. The free bikes are fantastic and the food is delicious. There are plenty of sunloungers around the pool and the whole hotel is lovely and clean. It is convenient for the train station which is just around the corner. The only downside is the busy road at the front so if that worries you, book a room overlooking the pool

Breakfast was very good and staff was fantastic! What I didn’t like is our room didn't have soap to even wash our hands with. We informed the frint desk and the staff gave us soap, shampoo, lotion, which I thought was standard for all hotels.
