"The host ended up being extremely kind but we never received any communication or confirmation from the host after booking. Our rental was paid in full at the time of booking and we received confirmation from VRBO about our upcoming stay (address, etc) but no response from our host when I sent her a couple different messages. The day we arrived, we tried calling the host and got no answer but we randomly ran into her on the street near the rental. She apologized and said she was having issues...

"The apartment was perfect for our stay. Our favourite part was the beautiful, big balcony with a view. The little kitchen balcony was perfect for morning coffees. Anna was so kind and attentive. Overall the apartment was big, beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed and I’d recommend it to everyone."

"The pictures do not do this property justice. It was just lovely and much bigger than we thought. The two bedrooms were very spacious and the bathroom was lovely as well. The kitchen and living room well smaller were very well equipped. It was so nice to have juice and milk and muffins for the start of our day. The best part was the terrace, and the beautiful view of the Montecasino monastery. You can’t go wrong with this lovely property"

"This apartment has everything and more! The view of the mountains and the town are breathtaking! There was plenty of room for my husband and I and 2 adult children. It is located in the older part of town, very close to everything that you will want to visit. There is a lift, so you do not need to struggle with stairs. "Posizione comoda, appartamento pulito e con tutti i comfort, non mancava nulla, dal sapone per i piatti al ghiaccio in freezer per le gite... forse un po'piccolo per quattro persone, fortunatamente non è piovuto e abbiamo potuto usufruire del terrazzo per mangiare all'aperto senza dover ogni volta chiudere il divano letto. "Everything was great with one exception. We were not warned that the building heating system was turned off for the season. On the first few days of our stay in late May the weather was quite cold. We contacted building management and they were very helpful in supplying a portable electric heater to take the edge off the cold."
