It is a lovely b&b. The breakfast is in a cute coffee shop two blocks away with good coffee and cornetto. Walking distance to the beach. Lots of really good restaurants nearby. The terminal is a walking distance as well. Had a wonderful time.

Die Zimmer und der Checkin waren suoer, alles total neu und tolle Lage. Nur das Frühstück war eine Enttäuschung, es gab lediglich ein paar verpackte Teilchen aus ddm Supermarket, Marmelade und Zwieback.

Scelta perfetta per visitare il bellissimo centro di Pescara. Posizione Top, struttura nuova e funzionale, dotata di tutto quello che serve (persino la macchina Nespresso), pulizia ineccepibile e host davvero molto cortese. Complimenti!

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo Mio marito ed io abbiamo trascorso due giorni meravigliosi a Pescara a metà luglio 2024. Siamo stati fortunati a prenotare una camera al B & B Beatrice, poiché sono diventati rapidamente famosi. L'hotel si trova al piano terra, la struttura è completamente nuova e ristrutturata in stile moderno. La stanza è piccola ma accogliente e confortevole. Le finestre si affacciano sul cortile, quindi non c'è rumore. La camera è dotata di climatizzatore che lavora anche quando non siamo in camera. C'è anche una cucina con frigorifero e macchina da caffè. La posizione è perfetta nel cuore a 5 minuti a piedi dal mare. La colazione è ottima anche in un bar vicino all'hotel. Dato il prezzo basso che abbiamo pagato, consideriamo questo hotel ideale per una breve vacanza al mare. Peccato che non ci sia un parcheggio privato nelle vicinanze. Abbiamo lasciato l'auto nel parcheggio della stazione ferroviaria e siamo andati con la valigia a piedi per circa 10 minuti. Il resto è fantastico. La prossima estate torneremo di nuovo al b&B Beatrice

GESTIONE PESSIMA!
La struttura si trova in zona centrale. Ciò che è risultata pessima è la gestione. Sono rimasto oltre 2 ore e mezzo sulle scale, a mezzanotte, dopo una giornata pesante, perché qualcuno aveva chiuso il portone di ingresso dall'interno. Ho provato inutilmente a mandare un messaggio, considerata l'ora, alla ragazza che si occupa della gestione. Non ricevendo alcuna risposta ho provato a chiamare e dopo alcuni squilli a vuoto ha spento il telefono. Allucinante! Nessun altro recapito fornito, clienti abbandonati a se stessi in piena notte pur conoscendo il problema (avevo inviato un messaggio), nessuna altra struttura disponibile a causa di un importante evento in corso. Unica prospettiva dormire nelle scale. Dopo aver chiamato anche le forze dell'ordine, alle due e trenta di notte fortunatamente un cliente si è svegliato e mi ha aperto. Risposta del proprietario al mattino seguente: "e vabbè, dai, cosa vuole che sia successo...". Tornato a prendere i bagagli in camera su "gentile concessione" dopo quanto accaduto (!), con il B&B vuoto per loro stessa ammissione, ho rischiato di perdere il treno perché la chiave elettronica era stata disabilitata. Un disastro, state alla larga!
