Enjoy your holiday in this natural corner of Tuscany. This holiday home is right outside Fiano and features a private pool in the beautiful surroundings. Ideal for relaxing holidays with the family. The property is 2 km from Fiano di Pescaglia. The center of Lucca (20 km) is definitely worth a visit and 30 km from the house you can find the Versilia coast. About 60 km from the property is the Apuan Alps Park. Numerous hiking and cycling trails start from this region. The house has an enclosed garden and a swimming pool with plenty of space for children to play. Kitchen is well-equipped and a real saver for those who are on special diets.
A car is a necessity! Please make sure you rent your own car! Linen change 1 times per 7 nights included Beach towels are not included For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Casa graziosa e giardino meraviglioso
Abbiamo soggiornato in questa carinissima casetta, immersa nel verde, e con un giardino a dir poco meraviglioso. La nota molto dolente riguarda la comunicazione col professionista immobiliare: gli avevo specificatamente chiesto se la piscina fosse ad uso esclusivo ed il giardino ben recintato, in quanto il nostro cane ha la tendenza ad allontanarsi non appena viene distratto da qualcosa. Mi è stato garantito che fosse tutto totalmente recintato e che la piscina fosse pronta e ad uso esclusivo. Morale della favola, il giardino era sì recintato, ma con una staccionata molto spartana attraverso cui il nostro cane è passato senza problemi e la piscina è in realtà fuori uso dall'epoca del covid poiché dotata di pompa non funzoonante. Un gran peccato perché avendo un bimbo molto piccolo la piscina sarebbe stato sicuramente un divertimento aggiunto.

Die Luft, das Licht, die Olivenhaine! Alles wunderbar! Das Haus ist sehr schön, der Außenbereich herrlich! Es ist ziemlich kurvig - darauf muss man sich einstellen. Aber dann wird man mit einer kleinen Idylle belohnt. Wir fanden es super!

Einfach nur entspannend
Wir waren zu fünft und mit unserem Labrador da. Bei Ankunft super Empfang mit allen wichtigen Informationen. Das Haus super sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man zum Urlaub machen braucht vor Ort. Die Vermieter super freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Bei jeder Frage hilfreich. Leider konnten wir den Pool nicht nutzen, schade. Trotzdem haben wir die Ruhe, Abgeschiedenheit und die Natur genossen. Ohne ein Auto ist man hier allerdings aufgeschmissen. Lucca, Pisa, Livorno innerhalb von einer dreiviertel Stunde erreichbar. Im Dorf ist das Ristorante da Valentino sehr zum Empfehlen. Immer frisch zubereitet und sehr günstig. Danke für die zauberhafte Zeit. Gerne kommen wir wieder.
