Love that guests leave sun cream, hair spray, toiletries, oskars have a box for other guests to help themselves (all hotels should do this). "My wife and I stayed here for two weeks in September 2024. We loved it. We had a 1 bedroom junior suite with a sea view. The apartment is on the second floor. If you have any mobility problems, please note that there is no lift. The location of the complex is excellent, right on the sea front. The beach, as with many on Kefalonia is stony. "The area was beautiful, the host was welcoming, the cleaning was daily. Food in the area was superb and plentyful. Boat hire is local. The driving in the local area was flatter than other parts of the island. There is nothing not to like!"

"Very nice spot, staff are friendly and the pool area is fab, we had a great stay. We travelled with a baby and thought from the pictures that the studio had a separate bedroom and living space but it was just one room, bit tricky once the baby went to bed but the terrace was great. The key fob to switch off the electricity when you weren't in the room was a little annoying, understand turning the aircon off but was a bit irritating that it switched off all the plugs, couldn't charge the baby...

"Astir was literally across the street from the ocean. I did not have a full ocean view from my room, but I could see it from my balcony on the side of the building. It was a single room, so the bathroom was small, but the bed was comfortable. It was a lovely room for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. There was a bar open in the afternoon/evening with a wonderful view of the ocean. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and I would stay here again. "
