Country Gite

Very calm and quiet property with large swimming pool located in a garden and park of fruit trees, surrounded by fields of wheat and sunflowers. Charming cottage with 2 bedrooms, one double with double bed and one bedroom with two single beds . Bright and comfortable living room with TV (Sky and Orange) and DVD/video (choice of books, DVDs and videos on the shelf). WIFI. Well-equipped kitchen/dining room: fridge, freezer, hob and oven/microwave. Bathroom: bath with shower, WC and washbasin. Second toilet with sink and washing machine. In the garden large swimming pool with its furniture. Close to Castelsagrat where the bakery, the grocery store, bar/restaurant, the post office and the hairdresser are located and 15 minutes by car from Valance d'Agen with all the shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and farmers' markets on Tuesday and Saturday mornings. Also to discover not far away are the walks, donkey rides or by little train, country houses, castles and museums, visits to farms and cheese factories and much more.

StĆ©phanie et Rod ont Ć©tĆ© des hĆ“tes trĆØs agrĆ©ables et serviables. Ils ont Ć©tĆ© Ć  la fois discrets, mais trĆØs disponibles en cas de besoin. La piscine, est entrenue avec soin, et elle nous a sauvĆ© de la canicule ! La rĆ©gion recĆØle de petite pĆ©pites comme les bastides de Moissac, Puymirol, NĆ©racā€¦

Nous avons passĆ© 2 semaines chez StĆ©phanie et Rod avec nos 2 enfants. Leur propriĆ©tĆ© est idĆ©alement placĆ©e lĆ©gĆØrement en retrait de la route principale, le calme est garanti. La maison que nous avons occupĆ©e Ć©tait parfaite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants et pourrait trĆØs bien convenir aussi Ć  2 couples. StĆ©phanie et Rod sont trĆØs accueillants et trĆØs discrets. Lā€™accĆØs Ć  la piscine est facile et elle est trĆØs bien entretenue. En bref, un sĆ©jour royal dans des conditions idĆ©ales.
