The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the natural beauty of Lika and the Velebit peak, where the centre is dominated by the elevation Metlaa, which resembles the shape of a pyramid. Experience the beautiful nature on the hiking trails of Metlaa and Sklopaa. In the nearby village of Perui, you can explore the Peinski park Grabovaa cave or enjoy fishing and kayaking on the River Lika. Gravelled road to the house, sloping roof at 100 cm.
