You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

Federica's home, at home

The apartment is completely renovated and well furnished, in a modern style, with parquet flooring and linear and clean style furniture.
The atmosphere you breathe is very welcoming.
You will be in the ideal position to easily reach the most beautiful places of historical and naturalistic interest that Perugia and Umbria can offer: in Perugia the National Gallery, the Rocca Paolina, the Etruscan Arch and the archaeological museum, just to name a few .
Do not miss Assisi, Spello, Spoleto, Gubbio, Val Nerina, Norcia, Lake Trasimeno and many other wonderful places, of which I always leave a small guide available to guests.
From here it is possible to plan day trips to Rome or Florence.
Sheets and towels are provided, upon your arrival you will find perfectly made beds, a courtesy kit in the bathroom and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and pots.
The house offers its guests coffee, tea and herbal teas, and a bottle of fresh water in the fridge.

Clean, tidy, nicely furnished, strategically located
The apartment is clean and tastefully furnished, exactly as described in the description, with two spacious terraces. The house has free parking and is a 5-minute drive from a superstore and the local underground stop, thanks to which you can get directly to the center of Perugia. The owner was friendly and helpful. Warmly recommended, with two caveats: second floor with no lift and (at least for the moment) no mosquito nets

Siamo soliti viaggiare ed andare in appartamento. Questo appartamento corrisponde alla descrizione ed in più era pulito e provvisto di tutto. La proprietaria, Federica, si è resa più volte disponibile a soddisfare esigenze che potevano verificarsi nei giorni di permanenza. Noi lo consigliamo a famiglie con figli , ma anche alle coppie.
