Couldn’t fault the Wonil at all. Staff lovely, accomodation super cleanly and safe, plus staying just out of the city and near enough to the beach was a plus. Thank you!

Good location and good design of property. Entry and exit from drop off zones was clumsy. Access to lobby should be from street level. We called twice from the room regarding the coffee machine with no pick up from reception. We left a msg prior to check in and requested a call back - none received. Cleaning staff knocked on door at 9am and asked if we were leaving when check out is 10am! Cleaning of room not thorough - staining on bedside table, shower cap package had dirty marks and toilet floor was unswept. Photos taken. Overall, a very ORDINARY experience.
