Featuring Bamboo flooring, bright white walls, a hanging skateboard deck, photography of Scarborough beach throughout so you’ll feel like a local in this villa.
The living room has a 3 seater couch, cushioned bamboo armchair, wood coffee tables, split system aircon and a jute rug in front of the TV.
The stocked bookshelf is there to be enjoyed as a community library- take one home with you or leave one there for the next traveller to appreciate.
The master bedroom has a Queen bed, bedside table with lamp, floor mirror, chest of drawers and a split system air-con.
The second bedroom has a Double bed, chest of drawers, cupboard and ceiling fan.
The kitchen has a double door stainless fridge, gas stovetop with glass lid, rangehood oven, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, double sink and Nespresso coffee machine.
The dining area is straight off the kitchen and has a solid wood table with seating for 4.
Glass sliding doors lead outside to the decking area with BBQ, bench and glass dining table with seating for 6 beneath the shade sail.
The renovated bathroom has a handheld rain shower, heated towel rack, single vanity basin and toilet.
The laundry has a LG front loader washing machine, separate Hoover dryer and sink trough. The clothesline is above the faux lawn area.
Enjoy the morning sunshine out the front on the wooden seat in front of the garden bed.
Parking for 1 small car is available in the carport (shared with the neighbour).
