This fresh and cosy 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom house is perfect for a family in a quiet suburban street, situated in the heart of the picturesque suburb Harrisdale.

Lovely coastal colourings throughout with wooden style floorboards, crisp white walls and new furnishings styled in greys and white woods.

The open plan living area is great for entertaining. The kitchen boasts soaring high ceilings, premium pendant lighting, stone bench tops, tiled splashback, a built-in pantry, a stainless-steel fridge, oven, 6 burner gas stovetop with rangehood, microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Directly off here is the dining table with padded seats beneath hanging pendant lighting.

The living room has a comfortable couch and 2 armchairs in front of the mounted Smart TV, coffee table and floor rug beneath the pendant light.

The Master bedroom has a queen bed, bedside tables with lamps, split system aircon, tallboy drawers and walk in wardrobe. The private ensuite has a shower, toilet and single vanity sink.

The Second bedroom has a double bed beneath the ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps and wardrobe.

The Third bedroom has a double bed on the bottom with a ladder leading to an additional sink bed on the top. It has a wardrobe, bedside table with lamp and ceiling fan.

The main bathroom has a bath, separate shower, toilet and single vanity sink. Complimentary starter pack of Outback Essence guest amenities supplied in each bathroom. Fragrances selected from various parts of Australia, providing guests a truly Australian experience.

In short, good and recommended.
It was a rocky start once we had arrived at the property at the nominated check in time of 2pm. The property had not been cleaned yet and, unfortunately, had been significantly trashed by the previous people who stayed at the property. We were not advised of this issue at any point prior to our arrival at 2pm. When we had advised customer service and management about the situation, they seemed very unapologetic and carefree. They were simply "busy" and advised us the cleaning crew were expected to arrive soon. Once the property had been cleaned we were able to start unpacking...at 8pm! So much for a 2pm check in time...We complained again. Management seemed to have cared more this time and were apologetic. This issue aside, and once cleaned, the property was nice. Easy and straightforward to locate, extremely close to Harrisdale shops (about a 2-3min walk), safe to walk at night, had split system A/C and was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. If it were not for the issue at our check in, I would rate this a 4/5 property to stay. It is quite close to everything, 25mins from the CBD, 20mins from Fremantle Beaches and airport. I would recommend people to stay here however, I do hope that any delays in check in or issues that may arise do get communicated to customers prior to their arrival. Furthermore, I hope that people treat any property they stay in with respect. It is quite sad the state that some customers leave a property in.
