Lovely 2 Bedroom Unit in Central North Dandalup

Welcome to Mill House Corner, built on the former Mill House property in North Dandalup - the gateway to the Murray region.

A short drive in any direction finds you in Serpentine, Dwellingup, Pinjarra or Mandurah all with so much to offer. The property is only 10 minutes drive from the Murrayfield Airport. Its the perfect place to explore the Rail and Trail region.

Centrally located, opposite the Del Park Roadhouse, for all your fuel, food and convenience items. This Unit is within walking distance of local Train Station on the Perth to Bunbury line. Also the Town Oval, Picnic area or the Stud Country Tavern for dinner and drinks.

The accommodation is a modern brick and iron built duplex unit with two bedrooms, one a large Master bedroom with a King bed and the second room with another king bed.

The unit has a kitchen, bathroom, toilet and laundry with a washing machine. The living area has a couch seating for 5 with TV. It has reverse cycle air conditioner throughout, so it's cool in summer and warm in winter.

The property is fenced and has an electric gate so it is safe for guests with young children. The secure parking is shared only with the adjoining unit or rent them both and have the whole property to yourself.

We supply all bedding, sheets and doonas and bath towels.
