Welcome to Timber Balcony Retreat, a nostalgic beach house designed for up to 10 guests. Embrace your childhood memories in this bright, airy, and spacious 4-bedroom haven. Enjoy ample room indoors and out, and relish uninterrupted ocean views from the cozy charm of this older style home.

Enjoy the luxury of two queen-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms, and uninterrupted ocean views. Families and groups can relax in bunk rooms for six, complete with fresh linen and towels, and stay cool with portable fans. Ample storage, ceiling fans, and balcony access make your stay both comfortable and delightful.

Relax in our inviting sanctuary in our lounge room, complete with an LED flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioning, ample seating, and a cozy atmosphere. You can also dive into a good book or enjoy a family game night with our selection of books and games.

Fantastic location and property
Loved our overnight stay here, the house is great for a large group, the beds, pillows and linen were super comfortable. It was lovely and clean and warm. The location is awesome and Simone was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Such a beautiful spot at Blue Bay
Lovely location across the road from the beach. Great house has all the amenities you could need. Plenty of parking and within walking to cafe at Halls Head. Would recommend this holiday house, Simone was a great host.

Simone was a lovely host. She attended to my queries and ensured that all was answered. I had to call her during the night as we had booked both properties and we had a hard time retrieving the email due to the huge storm. When we arrived, we were very pleased with the property. It was exactly how it was described to us if not more. However, we experienced a power outage in the middle of the night which got us worried. But lights came back on before dawn. If you are from the tropics and arrive during winter, you might find the rooms cold as no heaters are provided. The only heater in my property was in the living room. However, it was warm under the sheets. I highly recommend Halls Head. Thank you Simone for the pleasant experience.

Perfect Australia Day Weekend
Hired the house for my husbands 30th over Australia Day and it very comfortably slept all 8 of us. The house location and quality exceeded our expectation and the beach opposite was pristine and uninterrupted. We did happen to stay during a slight heatwave so the fans in the bedrooms were not enough but the air conditioner down stairs was a welcome relief. Would definitely recommend, Simone was very easy to communicate with and I'm looking forward to returning.

Fantastic property
Outstanding beach front location with 150 degree panoramic ocean views from the upstairs balcony. The house was spacious and comfortable for a great winter getaway and still offered outstanding ocean views from inside, whilst the weather was stormy! Look forward to staying during the summer.

Fantastic location !
We had a great weekend and spent most of our time on the beautiful balcony or on the beach just across the road ! The only thing that would have improved our experience would be the addition of a small fridge in the upstairs kitchenette.

Comfortable and roomy

Great Views & Lovely Home
We really enjoyed our stay at the blue bay beach stay, it was able to accommodate all 10 adults, unfortunately it was a very short stay and if we were there for better circumstances we defiantly would of extended our stay. Great Location, Great Views and lovely home. The owners are also lovely to deal with when organizing the home. Defiantly recommend to any large groups

Great location for a large family
We had a lovely Christmas at Blue Bay Beach Stay - the location is perfect! Our holiday was marred after the event only by the owners trying to retain the bond because of finger prints on glass sliding doors and wrongly alleging we had taken a doona. Recommend a pre and post stay inspection if you pay a large bond.

Easy Beach Getaway
We dad a great weekend stay at the blue bay beach stay. The house is huge and easily accommodated 8 adults. Very well furnished home with a great balcony overlooking a beautiful swimming beach. The owners are easy to deal with and very accommodating.

Fantastic
The stay was just perfect and the beach was great, we had friends on holiday from Scotland and just loved it, plenty of room up and downstairs. Sunset was amazing from the balcony. It will be back.
