While the property is connected to other granny flats, it ensures guests privacy, as granny flats have their own separate entrance and are independent of the main breach house.

Guests have exclusive access to the house. They also enjoy shared access to the backyard, pool, and garden areas with the hosts.

We make it a priority to personally welcome our guests, providing an orientation to our home and highlighting Perth's attractions. Additionally, guests receive a comprehensive welcome pack detailing house amenities and nearby attractions.

Check-out time is 10 am, unless arrangements have been made beforehand.

We're dedicated to ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience and are happy to offer assistance whenever possible. If needed, we can provide transportation to and from the nearby train station. Just let us know if you require a lift.

No Unregistered Guests
Only registered guests are permitted on the property. If you'd like to invite others over, please arrange this with us in advance. We want to ensure everyone’s safety and comfort.

No Shoes Indoors
Please remove your shoes upon entering the house. This helps maintain cleanliness and respect for the space.

Keep Common Areas Tidy
Please clean up after yourself and be mindful of shared spaces. We appreciate your efforts in keeping the home comfortable for everyone.

Lock Up When You Leave
For security, always lock all doors and windows when you leave the property.

No Smoking Inside
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. If you wish to smoke, please use designated outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

No Pets
Pets are not allowed in the house. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Water the Indoor Plants
Please help keep the indoor plants watered. Instructions are provided in the kitchen for their care.

Turn Off Air Conditioning
When you leave the property, kindly turn off the air-conditioning to conserve energy.

Noise Considerations
Please be mindful of noise levels, especially during nighttime hours. We ask that you respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum.

Respect Property and Furnishings
Please treat the house and furnishings with care. Any damage or excessive mess may result in additional charges.

Check-Out Procedure
Before checking out, please ensure all personal belongings are taken with you, and leave the keys in the designated spot.

Report Issues Immediately
If you encounter any problems during your stay (e.g., maintenance issues, broken appliances), please notify us as soon as possible so we can resolve them promptly.

Parking: Maximum 2 cars can be parked on the premise. Additional parking is available across the street. Speak to the host.

Pool Cover: Please uncover the pool during the day and please put the cover back on at night so the water is warm and water level does not drop.
