Offering an enviable position for a getaway, this delightful townhouse is spacious, chic and comfortable. With plenty of room on 4 levels, it’s ideal for a combined family get-together, sleeping 10. Comprising 3 Queen bedrooms and 2 twins, 3 living areas as well as outdoor spaces and a games room, it’s perfect! Parking and WiFi is included. Plus the location on the canal in the heart of Mandurah means water fun - kayaks provided - as well as close proximity to eateries and amenities. This one is a find!

Get a taste of waterside luxury on holiday! This canalside 4 storey villa is spacious, comfortable and centrally located, with enough room for a combined families or group gateway.

On ground entry level is the double tandem garage. While one car is parked behind the other, you’re unlikely to need either in this central location! Stairs take you up to the first floor where you’ll find the spacious master bedroom. It houses a Queen bed and has plenty of wardrobe space and an overhead fan. Its own balcony provides the perfect space for some quiet time away from the family. The generously sized ensuite bathroom exudes luxury with its backlit spa bath, large shower, twin sink vanity and toilet.

Head upstairs to the second floor, to the open plan living area. The timber veneer kitchen with granite benchtops is modern and well equipped, and includes a dishwasher and microwave. It looks out over the dining suite which seats 8, and the lounge area. There is plenty of space for all on the modular L-shaped leather lounge and 2 recliner armchairs, and they face a smart TV. Head through the glass sliding doors to the covered balcony. This is a terrific space for family meals and games of cards, with a large table seating 8 and a BBQ. With views over the canal it’s idyllic. Enjoy the Mandurah fireworks from the comfort of your own balcony!

The 3rd storey has 2 further Queen bedrooms with built-in robes, and another 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room. These both have doors to juliet balconies with canal views. 2 further lounge rooms provide great spaces for the kids or some quiet time for adults, one with a wall mounted TV and one with a balcony with yet more views up the canal. The family bathroom has a bathtub and shower and there is a separate toilet. All linen and towels are included.

Up the final flight of stairs is the games room, equipped with a table tennis table and a foosball table. There is a lounge and access outdoors to a rooftop balcony with sweeping views across the neighbourhood.

Enjoy the use of the 2 kayaks that are provided, but note there is no jetty or mooring with this villa.

Also including a laundry with washing machine and clothesline, and reverse-cycle ducted air conditioning (note: not in master), as well as visitor parking just along the street, this property meets your every need. You won’t want to leave!

Could this property get any better? What a location! Everything is within walking distance. You’ll hardly need your car during your stay. Modern with a European flavour, this mews property sits between a quiet street and the canal, on a small residential spit in the heart of Mandurah.

At the end of Jubilee Mews is a delightful canalside park and Keith Holmes Reserve with its small sandy beach and marina playground is just 400 metres up The Lido. Facing this little beach is a stretch of waterfront cafes and restaurants, offering a range of cuisines, and there are many more along Mandurah Terrace to the south, just 1.5km away.

Enjoy some foreshore walks and see the Giants of Mandurah, a permanent outdoor art exhibition, and the Mandurah War Memorial. There is a local gallery, Mandurah Performing Arts Centre, a cinema and community museum. Dolphin Quay is a lovely marina and a great place for lunch. For the children, try a Mandurah Dolphin Cruise, the Pirate Ship, Inflatable World, the hop-on-hop-off tourist train, King Carnival, Amaze Miniature Park or the aquatic centre. So much choice!

Of course, there are many stunning beaches to choose from within a short walk or drive as well as the Peel Estuary with its amazing flora and fauna. Take the kayaks down the estuary and spot the pelicans or do some crabbing. The waterways in this area are amazing.

DISSAPPOINTING STAY!
We were disappointed with issues we found when we arrived at the property. There were numerous items that needed fixing around the property light globes where blown, door handles loose, towel racks hanging off their hinges. When we mentioned that the spare gas bottle was empty, we were told to take it to the service station, and have it filled giving them the receipt and funds would be reimbursed. Sorry not good enough! We paid top money for this holiday only to find that your cleaner was not checking items before we came. The dry mop head was extremely dirty and had not been cleaned. Hand sanitizing bottles were almost empty and not refilled before we arrived. The couches had not been swept under as we found numerous toys and rubbish under them. You need to ensure all above items are fixed so as your next holiday makers don't have same issues...... On a positive note, the location was perfect.

lovely light place to stay in great location.
Lots of light, lovely unit with comfortable furniture we really enjoyed staying in. Location couldn't be better, on the canals where we watched dolphins and swans, easy walking to cafes and restaurants. Prospective guests need to know there are lots of stairs to navigate and bathroom is small. Minor inconveniences compared to the airiness and general amenity of the unit.

Nice property and great location..The downside is as follows: There was no coffee machine.. we wish to point this out, we haven’t taken it.. The cleaning left a bit to be desired.. there was a used nappy under an armchair and tampons under a bed.. A leg fell off one of the dinning chairs when one of our party sat on it, it was loose and needs tightening.. we have left it upturned with a note.. Regards David Leyshon.

Great position
The house is located in a very convenient location for walking to cafes, punt boat hire and the movie theatre. We used the kayaks and paddle boards which you can put into the canal right in front of the property. A lovely holiday but the garage is so narrow that it would only take my small Honda Jazz. Bigger cars were parked down the street but it’s not far. The booking process was easy but before being able to access the property I was required to give information that can be used for identity theft and which police advise you should not divulge.
