The cottage was spotless, well-equipped, and had a warm, welcoming atmosphere.The attention to detail was wonderful, a comfortable bed, and even a patio to enjoy morning coffee. It was the perfect spot for a peaceful retreat, overlooking a river.I especially appreciated that Ross spent time with us mapping out suggested day trips. "Gorgeous cottage. Well appointed. Let down by the rat sack behind the lounge so I had trouble sleeping imagining. Also I think every person who has Guests should experience the bed that they expect them to sleep in. Sadly both of these things impacted on my stay. There manual told me how wonderful and what we should expect. Sadly not true "

"Well equipped property. All reasonably clean however some of the ornaments and artificial flower decorations were extremely dated and dusty. Hall runners and mats were a high risk trip hazard due to curling edges etc. Everything you need is there and beds very comfortable. Cottage is light and sunny Few maintenance issues with remotes for tv etc not working But generally a pleasant stay"

"Beautifully renovated house with all the amenities you need. Very easy walk into Launceston with spacious off street parking. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely visit again. "
