"Be aware: the listing shows only the units on the water. What you may actually be booking has no water around it. When we checked in we found that we were booked for a “Garden Unit,” meaning a boat parked on the grass several meters away from any water. Your view from such a unit will likely be weeds, not water. Great Location Inquire about using the Beach

"The hotel was clean the food was good. Everyone was great. My only complaint is if you rent a Beach Front Hotel you would think you would not be charged 10 Euro per day to walk across the beach to go in the water. I was told I would not be changed if I had booked directly with the hotel this was a surcharge for booking with hotels.com. Scam."

"We had a great two night stay at the grand Astoria hotel. The staff were excellent parking our car and bringing all our luggage to the room while we went to the pool as we were early. The staff was over the top helpful at all times. It was in a great location to walk to the beach which the hotel looked after getting us our spot. All of the great restaurants and shops were right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. "
