"We liked that we were able to get this place at a good price for nine nights. It is perfectly located with many shops and restaurants around, and it is walking distance to the bus stop. The Anse Royale beach is a 5-minute walk. We took the bus twice but it was stressful, and so we decided to drive to the west side of the island. "As part of an extended trip, we enjoyed Peter’s condo very much. We spent our time with long morning swims, workouts in the gym, and then exploring Mahe. the condo is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The community is lovely, and well planned. "The property is walking distance to the airport and has a resident tortoise. Our hostess Sharon went above and beyond for us. The property is on a hill with a tough incline, but we did not let this hold us back. The airport has lots of great spots to eat and shop."

"There is a building site across the road from La Maison Hibiscus. There are a lot of dogs in the immediate vicinity who bark noisily for extended periods. The windows don't shut properly because the metal bars on the inside block the handles from being moved to the closed position. The hot water tank is very small resulting in all but the briefest of showers running cold. The air conditioning was ineffective, blowing warm air. Even when left on overnight it did not get within 5 degrees Celsius...

"Fully equipped, clean amd comfortable flat in a peaceful location parking space available. Very good location to stay and travel around Mahe. Suzanne was an amazing host, always available to answer our questions, very helpful as she arranged the taxi for us, gave us contacts for car rent etc, but also she provided with lots of useful information about must see places, good restaurants and hidden places aroumd the island of Mahe. "Wonderful property, close to amenities and walking distance from the beach. I rented a car and all areas from here were very accessible. The front desk staff were always extremely helpful. An excellent bonus was late checkout. Only one issue was the ‘damp’ smell in the entryway and corridor, this is probably due to the lack of proper air flow (ac) in this area which I suspect is to reduce power consumption. Good value for money. "
