"The place was very nice and we enjoyed our time there. There is only couple of things that I feel need improvement. The patio furniture had no cushions on them and we were unable to use the chairs to sit outside the home. There was no cover over the patio for shade during the day. There were very high grass(weeds) in the back area. It could have been cleaned up and made nicer looking. The last thing that would be an improvement is a better grill to cook on. The one there was a $25 little grill...

"It was perfect amount of room, more than expected. My kids loved seeing the ducks and geese every morning by the dock. We had everything we needed for cooking. It was very clean and the neighbourhood was quiet and friendly. I loved this home and we enjoyed it a lot."

"We weren't able to enjoy it much since we down in Hot Springs most of the day. The area was very nice and relaxing for the amount of time spent there and being a half an hour from the city. The inside was very nice and spacious. The upstairs bedroom carpet did need a cleaning although."

"We were so excited and impressed by the location and the convenience of this house. Right on the lake with direct stair access from both levels of the house. Nice swimming dock with ladder access for easy in and out of the crystal clear water It’s close to golfing, water sports, hiking quartz mining, downtown Hot Springs - pretty much anything you’re looking for in the Hot Springs area. Cannot recommend enough! The property manager responds very quickly to all inquiries. "
