I always stay here when I visit my hometown of Unadilla (about 20 miles south of Perry). The staff corrected any minor issues I had maybe twice so I can say I've always a good experience staying here.

This is a sec home for me. Always quiet, safe, clean, and convenient. The owners are very good to me I get the same room. Even if I am the only guest still there breakfast is still put out!! I hate to leave.

It's really old and needs remodeling but for the price it is OK. We use it for a quick one night stop over so it's OK and everything worked -- like coffee pot and shower. Also like convenience of being able to park right at the unit door for easy luggage handling. I'd stay there again.
