"We’ve stayed at Cabin Creek multiple times and will be returning again in the future. The location provides a retreat from the hustle, and the family time we enjoy together is priceless. The host is very nice, and everything onsite is as advertised. I hesitate to even review this property for fear that after it is discovered, availability for my own future rentals may be limited! Still, I do hope that others may be able to find the peace and solitude that my family does at Cabin Creek."

"The hosts are very responsive and did a beautiful job with this cabin. You can see the craftsmanship that went into building it, very clean and cozy. The pier on the pond with kayaks and a fire pit overlooking this gorgeous property are all nice touches. The only minor thing for me, I’m 6 feet and over 220 so the bed and shower were a little tight for someone my size. But I made it work. "

The location made our Christmas that much more special being our first real snowy white memory. Cabin is unique and a view to envy and remember. "We traveled the country staying at VRBO’s. There’s a small part of me that does not want to give this property a good review as once the word gets out this place will be booked nonstop and year-round. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. You have literally everything you need from the minute you walk in the door. Attention to detail is an understatement. Communication with the host was amazing. I can’t wait to go back. "

"A hidden gem that is spacious inside and out. Enjoyed the stay. It would help if they had a welcome folder since there is no internet without wifi and no folder with the wifi password. Lucky we were going out and we're able to access the internet so we could get the wifi password. Well stocked with everything you would need. "

"This property is located around things and people, but somehow finds a way to be a remote cabin. It was perfect for a guys weekend, and what we needed it for. Love the pond for a cold plunge in November. The outhouse was nice! There’s bears around the property which was awesome. Loved it. Awesome host! "

There was plenty of room for the six bridesmaids to work with the hair stylists, makeup artist and photographer. The Groom and his crew had fun in the basement game area until the photographer was ready for pictures down by the pond. "Cozy little lake view cabin was a great setting for our family of 5. The owner really does think of the needs of vacationers and had it all covered. All the dishes, cooking utensils, glasses, etc. Even coffee to go with the coffee pot - thank you! We felt at home there and were grateful for all the instructions throughout the cabin (i.e. best settings for shower hot water, propane heater in living room, et al.). Definitely recommend a stay if you’re coming to Silver Lake, want to check out...
