Our Perris’ Prosecco Palace, comfortably sleeps 22 guests, with our 7 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms. Our home features two bedrooms with twin beds that can only be accessed by walking through the full bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, as well as 4 twin rollaway that can utilized during your stay. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, soap, and conditioner for your convenience. Hotel-style linens are also provided.

-Your AirBnB charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee will be required to pay separately to the property management company prior to check-in.
* Cleaning Fees Cost Explained - Sunnydays Vacation Rentals is committed to paying our housekeepers a living wage and we will not use cleaners that are not legal to work in the United States. All Laundry is washed off site from the property to assure that your laundry has been properly washed in industrial temperatures and with hotel grade soaps and treatment supplies for your safety.

30+ DAY RENTAL STIPULATIONS
When booking for 30+ nights:
1) Your stay will not be confirmed until an additional C.A.R. residential lease agreement is signed within 48 hours of initial sending
2) Cancellation policy is outlined in your C.A.R. agreement which will state that NO REFUNDS shall be granted, except for dates that get RE-booked by another party
3) There will be an additional required refundable security deposit due prior to check in equal to $1,000 or 10% of your total booking, whichever is greater
4) An additional utility fee of $40 (plus tax)/night will apply and will be outlined in your C.A.R. residential lease agreement upon booking
5) One mid-stay cleaning will be required per 30 days rented at a variable-option cleaning rate
6) Please note that the pool can not be heated
7) Your booking charges will NOT include your pet fee of $150 (plus tax)/pet per month. If this home allows pets at the time of booking and you have included any pets in your folio at checkout, a $150 (plus tax)/pet fee per month will be required to be paid separately to the property management company before check-in.
