$20 nightly rent $650 Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) $500 Pet Fee (non-refundable) per pet AND $150 pet rent per month per pet. Pets allowed only with approval. $3000 Security Deposit (Refundable) $50 per adult application fee

Rent includes Fully Furnished Home Washer/Dryer Refrigerator WiFi Cable, Water Trash and Sewer Service Gardener $100 allowance per month for Gas and Electric combined and $100 monthly water cap. Any overage is the tenant’s responsibility. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. 30-day notice to vacate.
